Would someone PLEASE help me here? I need to find a better name for the item than a "TG Note", while still capturing the rules? If someone can find something I like, they win a new contest, allowing them to reach high priority on their next request (contest-won requests always supersede all non-contest requests). TG Note sounds tacky, Transformation Note doesn't encompass everything. Dilemma.

Finally back... Please comment and give constructive criticism! Anyway, this story is pretty straightforward. There are a few things I wish to address, though:

1. I normally don't do permanent and mental transformations against the will of the victim. However, because of the idea behind this story, I kind of had to. Read it and see what I mean. NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT ACTUALLY BE A SERIES, THOUGH THE TG NOTE MAY APPEAR AGAIN!

2. The TG Note is one of MANY "Extra Notebook" ideas I have for the series. I like Death Note a LOT, so expect a lot of Death Note work.

3. Rules of the TG Note:
3a. The person whose name is written in this note will become the opposite gender.
3b. The person who writes the names in this book must write the name of the "victim" AND the name of the "result". If no name is given for the "result", a random name will be assigned.
3c. If the "result" is currently a living person, the transformation will randomly assign the name. If the "result" is someone who has died, the "victim" will gain all the memories and personality of the "result".
3d. Both the face of the victim and, if specified, the face of the target must be in the mind of the user of this book at the time of writing. Thus, people with the same name will not be affected. If no face is given for the "result", a randomly assigned body will be given to the "victim".
3e. Two times may be written within 40 seconds of the name of the victim being written. If no times are given, the transformation will take place 40 seconds after writing, and will end 15 minutes after beginning. The transformation's time can be longer or shorter if specified.
3f. Nobody other than the writer will remember the name or face of the "victim". Reality itself will shift around the "result".
3g. The order in which the body parts are transformed can be specified. If no order is specified, the changes follow the order of: height, hair, breasts, waist, genitalia.
3h. The cause of transformation can be specified to an extent. If no cause is listed, a supernatural transformation is the trigger.
3i. The "victim" can be controlled for up to 30 minutes before the transformation starts.
3j. Clothing can be specified. If no clothing is specified, it may be thought of at the time of writing the names. If no clothing is specified or thought of, there are two possible defaults:
3j - 1. If the "result" was once alive, whatever clothes they were wearing at the time of death will be copied and worn. Their entire wardrobe will remain the same as the original "result" form.
3j - 2. If the "result" was not specified, the specification attempted to break one of the guidelines or not existent yet, the outcome will be random. However, for a male to female, it will always end in a blouse, skirt, slip, bra, high heels, knee-length socks and panties. For a female to male, it will always end in a shirt, pants, normal-heeled shoes, short socks and briefs.

In response to yer last comment on Dec 23 2010( damn ,I didna even see the last comment was posted more than 2 years ago, if ya should ever read this mrhardy12, I'd be mighty glad should ya respond, even with a simple adknolledgement that ya received these messages.)
To point, I don't see what yer complaining about; personally "TG Note", sounds sorta baddass, like the BFG acronym in quake. But if ya must, in my opinion "Bender Note" dinna sound too bad. Makes it sound like its something straight out of Avatar.
